J1VL-600/600ST CNC vertical lathe is a CNC vertical lathe with brake technology developed by our company. This series of machine tools adopts a modular design. The J1VL-600 meets the standard turning requirements of the single-blade of the brake disc, and can also meet the standard turning requirements of other parts. The J1VL-600ST adopts a horizontal cutter head + an opposing servo axis linkage upper knife holder, and the upper and lower knife holders. Both sides of the brake disc can be turned at the same time. The machine tool has obvious advantages such as good overall rigidity, high processing precision, large metal removal rate per unit time, good precision retention, high reliability, easy maintenance, and the like.
